We want you to truly break free of the day-to-day! Here, you can kick-start, reboot or redefine your fitness. We’ll encourage you to escape your comfort zone with no outside distractions, whilst Team X-Life takes ultimate care of you at our luxury villa in the heart of the stunning desert island of Fuerteventura.

When it comes to fitness, motivation and mind-set are key, so we’ve limited our group size to a maximum of 12 like-minded escapees. You will have the chance to make lasting new

friendships or solidify existing ones while improving your fitness.

Explore the island or kick back in style beside the pool. Spend the afternoon on a catamaran and snorkel in the azure waters around the island, or perhaps try your hand at surfing or kitesurfing with our very own extreme sports athlete, Bruce.

If that doesn’t grab your attention, how about trekking or running with our coach, through the nearby volcanic peaks, or exploring a little further afield on a road bike or mountain bike?

EXAMPLE ITINERARY

At X-Life, we know all about motivation, but since we also understand that an escape should be exactly that, we want you to feel free to join in or sit out of any training session or activity you want to – it’s your holiday after all! If you want us to push you a little further than comes naturally, simply let us know in advance. Our hand-picked, passionate and expert team are always on hand for private 1:1 sessions, or as much support or advice as you need, so please just ask!

The following is an example of a day at the escape. Click on each team member’s name to read more about them:

 

  • 07:00 – wake up to the smell of freshly brewed coffee
  • 07:30 – allow your body to energise with sunrise vinyasa flow, led by Klara or Kat
  • 08:30 – delicious, fresh breakfast, consisting of fruits, yoghurts, muesli & breads
  • 08:45 – free time to relax & digest or enjoy a massage, consultation or 1:1 session
  • 10:30 – HIIT session with Master Trainer, Bruce
  • 11:30 – Mat Pilates with Els
  • 12:45 – lunchtime. Prepare for adventure with a healthy buffet lunch
  • 13:30 – free time, optional activities or time for a massage, consultation or 1:1 training session 
  • 18:30 – Yoga stretch with Kat or Klara
  • 19:30 – dinner is served and so are the drinks!
  • All day – freely available coffee, tea, juices & fresh fruit

 

1 complimentary 25 minute massage per guest! Lisa will be on hand for additional sessions throughout the week.

Consultations include Osteopathy, Bespoke Programming, Exercise & Nutrition, Motivation Coaching.

1:1 training sessions include Running Coaching, Yoga, Pilates, Personal Training, Assisted PNF Stretching.
